The Guest Arrival Expert at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts plays a critical part in creating unforgettable first and last impressions for our valued guests. This position is designed to ensure guests experience exceptional service from arrival through departure, fostering a unique and memorable stay. The expert has the freedom to move around and perform varied duties—including managing operational requests, fulfilling guest needs, preparing reports, and highlighting local attractions—making each interaction feel like a seamless part of the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities and Work Environment

• Ensure a safe and professional workspace by strictly adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard company assets at all times.
• Uphold high standards of quality in guest service, personal appearance, uniform standards, and communication.
• Engage in physically active tasks such as standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
• Perform manual labor involving moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 23 kg unaided and heavier items with assistance as required.
• Carry out additional reasonable job-related tasks as assigned to support guests and business needs.
