About the Role
Social Boost is a Georgia-based Instagram marketing agency that serves clients around the world with high-level Instagram services. The team is looking for a Growth Manager to support day-to-day platform activity and help expand account visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing marketing activity across the company, including following and unfollowing actions, comments, and direct messages on Instagram and TikTok.
- Work to increase brand awareness and account reach across social media channels.
- Publish, maintain, and coordinate information on the company’s operational website.
- Monitor the company’s internal communication channel and keep it organized.
Requirements
- Higher education is required, or the candidate should be a final-year student.
- Strong command of English is mandatory, including the ability to read, think, and write fluently.
- Basic familiarity with office software is needed.
Additional Information
- Work location: Tbilisi, Vake.
- This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, with a one-hour break.
- Compensation is $400 net for the first 3 months and $580 net from the fourth month onward, plus a bonus scheme starting in the second month based on KPI achievement.
- A full 2-day training program will be provided.
