Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and commercially-driven Group Marketing Executive to contribute to the growth and success of a leading hospitality group. This opportunity offers involvement across diverse areas including digital marketing, content development, customer relationship management, social media, website management, and brand promotion campaigns. The position involves collaboration with a seasoned commercial leadership team while working remotely within Ireland, with occasional travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives across a range of premium hotel brands.
• Create and manage compelling social media content to engage target audiences.
• Coordinate website content updates, promotional activities, and campaign-specific landing pages.
• Implement CRM strategies and oversee email marketing campaigns to optimize customer engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.
• Support content production efforts including organizing photography, video shoots, and storytelling that aligns with brand identity.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Contribute innovative ideas aimed at enhancing brand visibility, customer interaction, and driving revenue growth.

Required Skills and Experience

• Possess between two to three years of professional experience in marketing roles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in creating engaging content and managing social media platforms.
• Exhibit strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Display commercial awareness with a focus on marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, leisure, or hotel marketing is highly advantageous.
• Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle due to occasional travel demands.
