Role overview
This position is for a Graphic Designer who will contribute to a broad mix of marketing and creative work spanning print, digital, social media, advertising, events, merchandise, and brand-building projects. The role suits someone who works well in a busy environment, collaborates smoothly with teammates, welcomes feedback and revisions, and is motivated by professional growth. The role is based in person in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Key responsibilities
- Create visual assets for social campaigns, online ads, display banners, website pages and graphics, billboards and other outdoor placements, print ads and collateral, branded merchandise, event signage and materials, motion design, animations, and internal presentations.
- Work with marketing leaders to shape campaign ideas and turn them into finished creative.
- Keep branding aligned across every channel and deliverable.
- Handle several projects at once while staying on schedule.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
- Support website updates and broader digital marketing efforts.
- Help with photography, video, and content creation projects when needed.
- Test and apply AI-assisted creative tools and workflows in design production.
- Produce brochures, promotional pieces, signage, and merchandise graphics.
- Partner with marketing, intake, event, agency, and content/SEO teams to move projects forward.
- Prepare visuals for web use by managing file size, accessibility details, and alt text where needed.
- Track content calendars and deliverables so campaign deadlines are met.
- Offer creative direction and support for events, activations, and both traditional and digital campaigns.
- Keep up with evolving trends and tools in design, AI, and social media.
- Take on additional related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of graphic design experience; this role is not intended for a senior-level candidate.
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates both digital and print design work.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage.
- Working understanding of digital marketing and social media creative standards.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting.
- Strong communication, planning, and organization abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Positive mindset and openness to learning.
- Comfort with feedback and rapid creative adjustments.
- Interest in AI-driven design tools and new creative technologies.
- Useful background in professional services, law, healthcare, or insurance.
- Spanish bilingual capability or bilingual production experience is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with photography or live shoot production is helpful.
- Practical experience using AI tools is preferred.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or comparable tools is beneficial.
- Understanding of creative assets used in paid digital advertising is valuable.
