Graphic Designer - Multidisciplinary Design Expert (Remote, Contract)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Design Expert with multidisciplinary expertise to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role involves part-time commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, compensated hourly between $15 and $40. The focus is on reviewing, assessing, and enhancing design elements related to visual content and UX/UI, particularly those generated by AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve design interview materials with an emphasis on visual appeal and UX principles.
• Evaluate AI-produced design content to ensure quality, usability, and adherence to current design standards.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback aimed at improving layout, visual hierarchy, and overall experience for users.
• Work closely with AI training teams to maintain compatibility with industry changes and expectations.
• Utilize deep design knowledge to help refine AI tools through practical application scenarios.
• Promote consistent user-centered design approaches and maintain branding integrity across all reviewed outputs.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven multidisciplinary design experience supported by a comprehensive portfolio.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout arrangements, and fundamental visual design concepts.
• Expertise in Figma alongside proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and implementing user-focused design methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate and craft branding elements and overall visual identity systems.
