Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and creative Graphic Designer to be an integral part of our team. You will contribute significantly to product development by translating technical concepts and client requirements into visually compelling graphics like packaging, instructional materials, product sheets, diagrams, and presentations. Collaborating with designers, management, and key clients, you will ensure accuracy, functionality, and uphold Hardware Rebels’ commitment to quality and innovation. This role offers a fast-paced environment where artistry meets technical precision, supporting projects from ideation to final execution.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance visual communication materials to support product and industrial design processes.
• Manage product development tasks for major clients, adhering strictly to timelines and deliverables.
• Work closely with industrial designers to convert technical details into impactful visual formats.
• Act as a visual design intermediary for key clients, integrating their feedback into graphic outputs.
• Develop organized visual systems and component libraries to improve product clarity and workflow efficiency.
• Design detailed diagrams, exploded product views, sheets, and presentation content for internal and external use.
• Construct packaging layouts, instruction manuals, installation guides, and labeling that enhance usability and brand consistency.
• Ensure all visuals comply with branding, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Standardize documentation to streamline and scale product information effectively.
• Create digital visuals for websites, marketing, sales, and exhibitions to aid product launches and fortify brand visibility.
• Maintain a thorough catalog of graphic assets that align with company standards and project demands.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
• Fluency in both French and English, verbally and in writing.
• Between 2 and 5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Background in product-focused graphics, packaging, or technical documents is advantageous.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with WordPress is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of layout principles, print production, and packaging design workflows.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive leadership approach.
• Capability to simplify complex technical information into clear, visual communication.
• Innovative with solid conceptual development skills.
