Graphic Designer

About the Role

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in supporting the design team by creating visually captivating content for various platforms, spanning print and digital media. This position involves bringing creative ideas to life, producing design materials, and collaborating internally to achieve project objectives. The candidate should be detail-focused, eager to develop their skills, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing and producing marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and website components.
• Maintain brand integrity by ensuring all visual assets align with the company's branding standards across all media channels.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions with design and marketing teams to contribute innovative concepts and ideas.
• Support creation of digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media outlets, and online advertisements.
• Help prepare print-ready files for posters, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Organize and manage design files to ensure easy accessibility for future projects.
• Perform photo retouching and image editing to enhance marketing visuals and presentations.
• Keep abreast of current design trends and best practices to improve the company's creative efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent experience.
• Competence with Adobe Creative Suite software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A solid grasp of design fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
