Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and meticulous Graphic Designer to become part of our team based in Lucknow. The role involves producing visually compelling and brand-consistent designs for various channels, including digital media, print, websites, and marketing projects.

Key Duties

• Create innovative and attractive graphics tailored for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Design assets for websites, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across every visual output.
• Work closely with marketing, content creators, and other departments.
• Apply feedback constructively to enhance design quality.
• Keep abreast of current design trends, new tools, and relevant technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven track record as a Graphic Designer with an impressive portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent software.
• Solid grasp of design basics including color theory, typography, layout arrangement, and branding principles.
• Exceptional eye for detail and artistic sensibility.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
• Ability to incorporate feedback positively and improve designs.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related discipline is preferable but not essential.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing with After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is beneficial.
