About the Role
Join the creative team at Ray White Kingsford in Sydney as a Graphic Designer, where you will play an essential role in shaping and maintaining the brand identity of Australasia's leading real estate group. This full-time onsite position involves contributing to a dynamic marketing team and delivering high-quality design work that supports the company's global presence and brand legacy. You'll be integral to managing and directing creative projects within a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design projects by collaborating closely with the Design Manager, Studio Coordinator, and fellow graphic designers.
- Develop clear and comprehensive briefs, moving from concept through to final execution.
- Design across multiple media including print, digital platforms, outdoor advertising, online content, and video.
- Act as a major contributor to the strategic creative direction of the Ray White brand.
- Maintain and evolve Ray White’s style guides, ensuring relevance across varying channels.
- Learn and manage the templating system that supports over 7,000 marketing collateral templates.
- Ensure rigorous organization, communication, and adherence to design studio processes and job filing protocols.
- Consistently meet deadlines and adapt effectively in a busy workplace.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or an equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite CC and Canva.
- Thorough understanding of brand systems and visual identity implementation.
- Experienced in preparing artwork for both print and digital production.
- Familiarity with Google Suite is considered a plus.
