About the Program

The ADNOC Group values cultivating a highly skilled and motivated workforce to maintain high standards of service globally. The ADNOC Fresh Graduate Program is a significant initiative aimed at providing UAE National graduates in engineering and science disciplines with in-depth training and practical experience. This program focuses on equipping trainees with essential skills and knowledge, preparing them for potential permanent roles within the ADNOC Group.

Program Objectives

• Offer fresh graduates an opportunity to enhance their professional skills and expertise by working as trainees within the ADNOC Group.
• Select high-potential candidates for the ADNOC Group’s future talent pool through competency evaluations and performance assessments during the traineeship.
• Support the smooth transition from trainee to full-time employee while introducing candidates to ADNOC’s corporate culture.
• Provide meaningful real-world work exposure and on-the-job training, benefiting even those not subsequently employed permanently by ADNOC.

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicants must be UAE Nationals.
• Candidates should be medically fit for the duties associated with their role.
• Possession of government approvals, including a certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior, is mandatory.
• Successful completion of all selection stages including personality and aptitude assessments and interviews.
• Completion of National Service as required by UAE law, or legal exemption thereof.

Additional Information

Completion of the program does not guarantee a permanent position with the ADNOC Group. Applications will be carefully assessed by the recruitment team against the program requirements, and candidates will be informed accordingly.
