Role Overview

The General Manager will oversee and coordinate business operations aligned with company goals, manage process improvements, formulate strategic initiatives, and optimize expenses to support company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Attend regular leadership and forecasting meetings including monthly ECAC, bi-weekly collections, weekly management, sales, and business development meetings, and monthly one-on-ones with direct reports.

Qualifications
