Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Noida. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in managing project execution, budgeting, quality assurance, contract management, regulatory compliance, and leading diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of commercial and high-rise construction projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to maintain high standards.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to project teams to drive performance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech).
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in commercial or high-rise construction projects.
- Strong capabilities in project execution, budget management, quality control, contracts, and compliance.
- Proven skills in team leadership and management.
