About the Role

As a vital member of our operations team, you will contribute to daily activities including cleaning, assisting with food preparation, meal serving, and dishwashing duties. This multi-skilled position requires you to help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out housekeeping tasks to keep residents' rooms and communal spaces clean and orderly.
• Support food service activities by preparing food, arranging and clearing chairs and tables, serving meals, delivering food trays, washing dishes, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, promptly reporting any injuries or hazards to supervisors, and respond to reasonable requests from management.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate or recognized provincial equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping and food service is advantageous.
• Experience working in healthcare or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in English, with good verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions effectively.
