Role Overview

The Senior Analyst will support the Data Science team, collaborating closely with Indian and international analytics leaders to meet project timelines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage with diverse analytical projects including implementation, testing, validation, documentation, monitoring, investigation, and reporting activities.
• Extract, analyze, and verify large datasets from multiple data sources using Python, PySpark, SQL, and Hadoop to facilitate analytics and operational tasks.
• Perform model scoring, validate results, analyze impacts, conduct score investigations, and monitor models periodically to maintain accuracy and operational reliability.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions, AI-driven tools, and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency by reducing manual efforts.
• Leverage proprietary frameworks and platforms for analytics deployment, validation, monitoring, reporting, and delivery.
• Assist with MLOps and LLMOps processes including deployment, monitoring, observability, validation, and governance of AI/ML implementations.
• Create and update technical documentation, implementation guides, operational workflows, and knowledge bases.

Key Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science roles.
• Proficient programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL for data manipulation and production solution development.
• Understanding of LLM tools, Generative AI concepts, and contemporary AI methodologies.
• Strong foundation in applying statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with AI/ML model monitoring, observability tools, automation frameworks, and GenAI applications.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration, process automation, or AI-powered operational efficiency enhancements is advantageous.
• Exposure to LLM agents/tools and certifications related to Generative AI considered a plus.
• Capability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, including presentation skills.
