Program Overview

Aljazira Bank’s Future Leaders Program is created for recent graduates who want to build a career in banking while developing both professionally and personally. The initiative is structured to strengthen leadership potential through a guided learning path that combines banking fundamentals, technical capability, and career development.

Participants will also benefit from learning opportunities delivered in collaboration with respected institutions such as INSEAD, BIBF, FITT, Fitch Learning, Formatech, and the University of Cambridge.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum GPA of 3.75 out of 5, or an equivalent academic score
• Graduated recently, with no more than 2 years since completion of studies
• Strong command of both English and Arabic
