About the Role
Join Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) as a Face-to-Face Fundraising Ambassador, engaging directly with communities to share MSF’s vital medical humanitarian work and encourage long-term support through donations. This role provides an opportunity to earn competitively, develop confidence, and contribute to a meaningful cause.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with people in residential neighborhoods to share information about MSF’s lifesaving initiatives.
- Represent MSF with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to the organisation’s mission.
- Motivate the public to commit to ongoing donations supporting MSF’s medical care efforts worldwide.
- Collaborate with a motivated, dynamic field team to maximise outreach impact.

- Outgoing and confident communicators who enjoy interacting and building rapport with new people.
- Comfortable working outdoors, capable of spending extended periods standing and moving in various weather conditions.
- Dependable, driven, and goal-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic.

- Must hold a valid full driving licence and have regular access to a personal vehicle, essential for this position.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranging from €26,000 to €27,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Mileage reimbursement at €0.15 per kilometre travelled.
- Uncapped commission opportunities, with on-target earnings exceeding €12,000.
- Lunch allowance of €7 per working day to support daily needs.
- Comprehensive training and continuous support provided from the start, no prior experience necessary.
