Job Overview

We are looking for a warm and professional Receptionist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This role is vital in maintaining our high hospitality standards and enhancing our guests' experiences. We seek candidates who are proactive, customer-focused, and eager to embrace challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle telephone and email communications with guests and potential clients.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to multitask effectively in a busy front office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software.
• Minimum two years of front office experience within a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Legal entitlement to work 40 hours per week in Ireland.
