We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Full-Time Diploma Educator for our 2-3 year-old room at the Mini Masterminds Liverpool centre, which accommodates 79 children.

Role Overview

As a Diploma Educator, you will collaborate with your colleagues to design and implement stimulating play-based educational programs that enhance each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.

You will actively build meaningful connections with children and their families and contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and high-standard learning environment.

Key Duties

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging educational programs tailored to young children
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Observe and record children's developmental progress and learning milestones
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members
• Work collaboratively to ensure the provision of high-quality education and care
• Adhere to the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and pertinent legislation
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement activities within the centre
• Support children's wellbeing and development through meaningful interaction and engagement

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care accredited by ACECQA
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis management
• Child Protection training or certification up to date
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent communication abilities and teamwork ethos
• Passionate commitment to early childhood education
