Full-stack Software Engineer (Remote, New Graduates Welcome, Competitive Salary)

Position Overview

Join a fully remote team serving regions including the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, and LATAM as a full-time Full-stack Software Engineer. This role involves ownership of the entire stack from data ingestion to UI development and requires active participation in product strategy and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full stack development encompassing data processing, backend logic, and user interface components.
• Drive product vision and roadmap, integrating customer insights and feedback to guide development priorities.
• Apply artificial intelligence methods pragmatically in solving real-world problems.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize features, rapidly iterate, and focus resources on successful initiatives.
• Maintain a brisk release cadence to rapidly deliver value.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in owning end-to-end product development and delivering consistently at speed.
• Proficiency in any software stack, with openness to learning the company’s preferred stack (Typescript and React). Experience with Rails, Elixir, Go, or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Practical experience working with AI technologies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and maintain forward momentum.
• Prior experience working in remote environments.
• Strong product intuition to guide development choices.
• All experience levels considered, including recent graduates.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000, with potential equity stake up to 1%.
