Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally to establish a positive first impression.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls, visitor queries, courier handling, and mail distribution.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area that upholds the brand's standards.
- Handle complete corporate travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and local transport coordination.
- Liaise with travel partners to obtain optimal travel solutions while controlling costs.
- Verify travel-related invoices and collaborate with the Finance department to ensure smooth payment processing.
- Provide daily support for office administration and maintenance of facilities.
- Organize meeting room schedules and ensure seamless office workflow.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for office supplies procurement, facility upkeep, and utility management.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Possesses 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in reception, front office management, travel desk, or administrative roles.
- Experience in corporate travel management is highly advantageous.
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Comfortable handling data management, email correspondence, and everyday administrative duties.
