Role Overview
As a Front Office Driver at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail, you play a key role in enhancing guests' experiences by providing safe, friendly, and efficient transportation services. You’ll be responsible not only for driving guests to local destinations but also for ensuring their comfort and convenience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate hotel-designated vehicles to transport guests to airports, dining establishments, and venues for events.
- Handle guest luggage with care during loading and unloading processes to facilitate a smooth transit experience.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor, promptly addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns courteously.
