Role Details
As a Presentation Designer, your primary responsibility will be to translate intricate information and narratives into visually engaging presentations and one-pagers. Utilizing tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma, you will shape minimalistic, persuasive decks tailored for specific audiences. The role emphasizes superior visual hierarchy, custom typography, elegant animations, and strict brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft impactful pitch decks and professional one-pagers designed for targeted viewers.
- Convey complicated data through clear visual storytelling with a focus on minimalism and structured information flow.
- Enhance presentations with custom fonts, refined animations, and flawless visual consistency.
- Maintain a polished corporate-creative style throughout all outputs.
- Ensure quality standards via rigorous checks on visual alignment, pacing, and brand compliance prior to delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
- Formal education in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
- Proficiency in presentation software like PowerPoint and Keynote to develop advanced, dynamic, and animated decks.
- Strong skills with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma to produce custom graphics and layouts.
- Ability to simplify multifaceted data and hierarchical structures into accessible and minimalist visuals.
- Advanced competencies in typography and smooth, stylish animations for high-end deliverables.
- English skills at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher are required.
- Experience designing luxurious corporate-creative style layouts with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Proactive problem-solving approach to independently handle design challenges.
- Applicants must submit a portfolio link showcasing premium presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization examples; applications lacking this will not be considered.
Workload & Compensation
During active phases, workload is projected between 10 to 20 hours weekly. This estimate reflects typical requirements but is not guaranteed. Contributors may earn up to $50 per hour, varying by expertise and output speed. Compensation can differ according to projects' nature across the Mindrift platform.
