FP&A Analyst

About The Role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will support the Country Business Unit by delivering high-quality and performance standards and tracking these standards within the region. This role involves optimizing business services processes to ensure excellent results while managing costs efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including roles in finance, accounting, auditing, and financial analysis within a multinational company.
• Demonstrate a proactive and hands-on work approach.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Display excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet important deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Show capability in making complex, quick decisions that align with organizational interests.
• Advanced skills in Excel encompassing complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and automation with macros.
• Proficient in data analytics and visualization software such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with ERP systems like Navision, SAP, or Oracle, and finance automation tools for reporting and forecasting purposes.
