About the role
Retreeve is creating a carefully selected home decor and furniture marketplace for Indian homes, with an emphasis on considered design, natural materials, and products made to last. The business is at an early growth stage: brands have already been added, the website is live, and the next step is to drive the first wave of expansion.
This is a hands-on founding team opportunity based in Surat and requires working from the office. You will collaborate directly with the founder and help build multiple parts of the business from the ground up.
What you will do
- Help grow Retreeve’s Instagram presence and define its visual style.
- Identify, source, and onboard design-focused brands.
- Handle product cataloging and curate content for the website.
- Support outreach efforts and partnership building.
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks as the company scales.
Who this role suits
This opportunity is best suited for someone with a strong eye for design, ideally with a background in architecture, interiors, or a related creative field. You should have an appreciation for aesthetics, materials, and visual culture, along with a curious and self-driven approach. Comfort with Instagram and content trends will be useful in this role.

Founder background
You will work directly with the founder, who brings experience from Sanjay Puri Architects, Asian Paints, Epistle Communications, and holds an MA in Architectural History from The Bartlett, UCL. You will be involved in every stage of the brand-building process.
