About the Role

As the Founding Community & Growth Associate, you will support the early growth of Teup’s community. Working closely with the founding team, you will help connect with users, coordinate activities, collect feedback, and contribute to memorable member experiences. This role is well-suited to students, fresh graduates, and others eager to gain practical startup experience.

Key Activities

• Connect with community members through both online and offline touchpoints.
• Plan, coordinate, and host community events and activity sessions.
• Assist with user onboarding and initiatives that support community expansion.
• Collect feedback from users and spot ways to improve the overall experience.
• Help with partnership outreach, community engagement, and social media tasks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Clear communication and strong people skills are important for this role.
• A warm, proactive attitude and comfort in meeting new people are essential.
• Interest in community building and helping people make meaningful connections is preferred.
• Staying organized and taking ownership of tasks will be important.
