About the Role
Join a fast-growing cleantech startup as a Founders Associate, working closely with the co-founders and executive leadership to shape the company's strategic direction and drive critical projects. This full-time onsite position is based in Berlin or Augsburg and requires advanced English proficiency (C2 level).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with co-founders and leadership to develop and execute company strategies.
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives from conception through to execution with full ownership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Venture Development teams to advance priority objectives.
- Engage hands-on with the most impactful challenges and projects.
Candidate Profile
- Practical experience within a startup environment is essential.
- Currently enrolled at a top-tier university, preferably with a strong focus on entrepreneurship.
- Strategic thinker paired with a pragmatic, action-oriented mindset.
- Highly ambitious and willing to invest extra effort beyond standard working hours.
- Well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Genuine interest in the intersection of technology, business strategy, and operational execution within high-growth companies.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills are advantageous.
