Founder Office Team Member

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial professional to join as a Founder Office team member, working intimately with the founder and leadership on critical, cross-functional projects. This pivotal role involves high ownership and visibility in steering strategic business programs, launching new projects, and supporting essential company initiatives across various departments such as product, growth, partnerships, operations, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement impactful strategic initiatives organization-wide.
• Manage projects from initial concept to scaling, including both new (0→1) and scaling (1→10) efforts.
• Oversee program management for vital business priorities to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
• Partner closely with the founder on business planning, decision-making, and execution assistance.
• Develop strategic documents, presentations, dashboards, and insights for leadership review sessions.
• Act as an extension of the founder to drive critical initiatives and promote cross-team coordination.
• Collaborate with multiple teams including Product, Growth, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance on strategic efforts.
• Decompose complex business problems into structured, actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Ensure accountability and alignment across teams for key business priorities.
• Design processes, playbooks, and frameworks to boost efficiency and enhance scalability.
• Lead experimentation and ongoing improvements across projects.
• Analyze business metrics such as GMV, CAC, conversion rates, retention, and growth to guide decisions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose effective solutions to build scalable mechanisms.
• Coordinate with internal units and external parties to resolve bottlenecks and maintain project momentum.

• Experience in strategic projects, business operations, consulting, product strategy, growth roles, or founder’s office functions is advantageous.
• Skilled in Excel, business modeling, dashboard creation, and preparing presentations.
• Exposure to fintech, online marketplaces, consumer internet, or startup ecosystems is a plus.
• Strong adaptability, disciplined execution, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Entrepreneurially minded, passionate about building scalable solutions and tackling significant business challenges.
• Collaborative team player capable of influencing without formal authority and fostering alignment among varied stakeholders.

Additional Information

The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. It is full-time and onsite with a salary range between INR 15,00,000 to 20,00,000 per annum. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
