Role Overview
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing the resort's food and beverage operations with the goal of maximizing guest satisfaction, enhancing team performance, and achieving positive business outcomes. Core responsibilities include fostering a safe and hygienic work environment, ensuring high-quality product standards, cultivating a cohesive team atmosphere, delivering prompt and courteous service aligned with brand and F&B benchmarks, managing daily team relations, and promoting problem-solving through effective training and empowerment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations
