Job Overview
We are seeking a Facility Management (FM) Coordinator based in Dubai, UAE, offering a monthly salary between AED 3,000 and AED 3,500. This is a full-time, permanent role within the telecommunications and facility management sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently organize and oversee schedules for maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate daily tasks related to facility upkeep and support telecommunication activities within the FM domain.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of work experience in a facility management or maintenance company.
- Proven ability to schedule and manage maintenance team activities effectively.
- Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or equivalent software tools.
- Strong communication skills paired with excellent organizational abilities.
