Role Overview
The Flight Support Executive is a full-time remote position responsible for managing and coordinating daily flight operations support. Key duties include tracking flight schedules, managing updates and changes, liaising with airlines and aviation partners, and ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate multiple flight-related tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness in time-sensitive data and records.
- Prepare reports and summaries for internal teams and clients.
- Respond promptly and effectively to flight arrangement inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance process efficiency and uphold quality standards.
