Responsibilities
- Manage your department ensuring alignment with brand visual merchandising, trading actions, inventory control, and presentation standards.
- Coach and collaborate with your team to foster department cohesion and success alongside store management.

- Apply commercial insight to identify trade opportunities, enhancing customer experience and department outcomes.
- Prioritize customer excellence and set clear plans to grow departmental performance.
- Promote the Cotton On Group Foundation, encouraging team involvement in philanthropic initiatives worldwide.
- Support store management with overall store operations as necessary.
