Responsibilities

• Execute final detailing steps including drying, vacuuming, and polishing vehicles to meet high-quality standards consistently.
• Maintain thorough cleanliness including spotless windows, pristine interiors, and shining wheels without exception.
• Identify and address any imperfections proactively instead of passing problems along.
• Engage customers positively at vehicle handoff to ensure satisfaction and create memorable interactions.
• Work swiftly and efficiently to maintain workflow without compromising quality.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and assist as needed to ensure smooth operations during each shift.
