About the Role
DiaServ is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Finance Manager to head the finance department, ensuring the company achieves financial excellence and sustained growth. This leadership role involves handling all finance-related activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic advice to guide business decisions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all finance and accounting functions.
- Handle financial reporting, develop budgets, forecast outcomes, and manage cash flow.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance for business operations.
- Ensure adherence to IFRS standards and compliance with VAT, WHT, Zakat, and other relevant financial laws.
- Enhance internal controls and supervise both internal and external audit processes.
- Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and optimize working capital.
- Conduct financial feasibility assessments and support planning for investments and business development.
- Lead the Finance team, fostering professional growth and advancing process efficiencies.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is mandatory.
- Possession of professional qualifications such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years progressive experience in finance, including at least 3 years in supervisory roles.
- Experience in Healthcare or Distribution industries will be considered an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting standards, and budgeting principles.
- In-depth understanding of VAT, withholding tax (WHT), and Zakat framework.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong leadership skills accompanied by analytical thinking, effective communication, and sound decision-making.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
