Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to meet company objectives.
• Offer strategic financial counsel and advise senior management using data-driven insights.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting to ensure precise financial planning.
• Track and report major performance metrics, identifying areas for business enhancement.
• Drive process enhancements for more efficient business analysis and planning operations.
• Lead the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team, delivering financial guidance that bolsters performance and profitability.
• Formulate and apply financial policies and strategies to optimize supply chain functions and cost effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively across departments to promote process improvements, enforce compliance, and identify savings.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Chartered Accountancy required; MBA is highly advantageous.
• 10 to 13 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or business finance roles.
• Proficient understanding of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in margin analysis, financial forecasting, and modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/planning systems such as SAP and Hyperion.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in motivating and developing teams.
• Strategic thinker capable of driving innovation and change.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
