Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team, supported by the Deputy Store Manager.
• Manage all aspects of the store's appearance, ordering processes, compliance with merchandising guidelines, and daily operational tasks.
• Oversee personnel matters including creating work schedules and supporting staff development.
• Recruit to build and enhance your store team.
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss performance results and store progress.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a comparable retail leadership role.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset paired with high responsibility and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and facilitate growth through constructive feedback.
• Availability for 40 hours per week across 5 days, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to participate in an 8-week onboarding program held at one of our trainer stores in Germany.
