Field Verification Officer

About the Role

This is a full-time, field-based position for an experienced and disciplined Field Verification Officer. The job is suited to ex-army, defence, or security professionals who are comfortable with travel, can work independently, and are attentive to detail.

The main purpose of the role is to visit customer locations, confirm address and background details, record geo-tagged evidence, and deliver accurate reports within the required turnaround time.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer premises and carry out field verification for a large volume of cases.
• Check whether residential or business address details are genuine and consistent.
• Interact with customers and complete basic interview and background checks.
• Collect geo-location data and take required photographs during the visit.
• Prepare and submit field reports within 24 to 48 hours.
• Mark cases appropriately as positive, refer, or negative based on findings.
• Spot inconsistencies, exceptions, or possible risk indicators and report them clearly.

Requirements

• Applicants from ex-army, defence, or security backgrounds are preferred.
• Candidates should be between 35 and 45 years of age.
• Minimum qualification is 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Prior experience in field work, verification, or security-related roles is an advantage.
• A valid driving licence and ownership of a two-wheeler are mandatory.
• Applicants must be physically fit and capable of active field movement.
• Willingness to travel around 25 to 30 km daily is required.
• Discipline, integrity, good observation, basic communication, and comfort with mobile-based reporting are essential.

• Annual compensation in the range of INR 3.0 lakh to INR 4.5 lakh depending on location.
• Additional payment of INR 150 to INR 200 for each verification completed.

This role is focused on field verification for customer cases and is intended for candidates who can handle responsibility, mobility, and timely reporting. The position is available across multiple locations, including Bangalore, Kurnool, Davangere, Goa, Gulbarga, Hubli, Mangalore, Mysore, Nellore, Tirupathi, Hyderabad, Warangal, Visakhapatnam, Nizamabad, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Kakinada, Guntur, and other nearby locations. Some locations have multiple openings.
