Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Field Sales Officer in Agra with Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. The position is suited to energetic, self-driven professionals who can meet prospects in person, generate leads, and close insurance sales through direct customer engagement.
Compensation
The role offers an annual package in the range of INR 3,00,000 to 4,50,000, along with travel allowance and unlimited incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers and present insurance products.
- Hold face-to-face discussions and product presentations to explain offerings clearly.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Work toward sales goals and help increase overall revenue.
- Assist customers after the sale and make sure their experience remains positive.
- Maintain accurate logs of sales visits, customer interactions, and market observations.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate well and convince prospects effectively.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Comfort with local travel and in-person client meetings.
- Valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler are mandatory.
