Overview
Join Ekosh Financial Services Private Limited as a Field Relationship Officer (Officer Grade) in Mumbai, driving growth by connecting with small retail stores in apparel, footwear, and home decor sectors. This role focuses on expanding the buyer base and facilitating market linkages for financial and product services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the buyer base among small retail outlets specializing in apparel, footwear, and home decor within the designated territory.
- Enable linkage between manufacturers and input markets, and establish direct connections with consumers alongside offering various financial service products to small retailers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product management teams to boost sales outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with small retail businesses in apparel, footwear, and home decor sectors.
- Capability to implement and manage products, promotional schemes, and operational processes tailored to the assigned area.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driving license are compulsory.
- Possession of a smartphone for work purposes.
- Local residency exceeding five years and proficiency in the local language.
- Clean financial record with no history of loan default.
- A high degree of credibility, ownership mentality, and drive to succeed in a performance-oriented environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary structure with amounts ranging between INR 16,500 and INR 24,125 monthly.
