Role Summary
This position is for a field sales professional based in Chennai who can drive business growth in the window and motorized blinds segment. The role involves working with architects, builders, dealers, and distributors to expand market presence and close new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to build new business, manage field-based sales activity, and support distributor expansion in Chennai.
- Identify and develop fresh business opportunities in the assigned market.
- Travel to meet architects and builders to present products and generate leads.
- Visit dealers and distributors regularly to maintain and grow the channel network.
- Carry out product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Onboard new distributors and support channel development.
- Work toward achieving monthly sales targets.
- Handle B2B sales and business development activities in the blinds segment.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should be a smart graduate, not older than 30 years, with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in selling window or motorized blinds in Chennai. Practical knowledge of field sales, B2B selling, and business development is important for this role.
