Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive based in Amritsar, Punjab to expand PhonePe's merchant network. The role involves actively engaging with local retailers and businesses to introduce them to PhonePe's payment solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local shops and merchants to onboard them onto the PhonePe platform.
- Promote merchant services including PhonePe QR Code, Soundbox, and other related offerings.
- Drive business growth by adding new merchants to the network.
- Conduct daily field visits aimed at meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants and provide ongoing support.
- Introduce and sell smart speaker and scanner devices to merchants within the designated region.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
