Field Sales Executive

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to represent our company's product and service offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base through dedicated fieldwork, nurturing relationships, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person visits to customers and potential clients within your designated territory.
• Clearly convey information regarding the company's products and service portfolio.
• Actively generate new sales leads and successfully convert them into loyal customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by management.
• Perform product demonstrations and deliver presentations to inform and engage prospects.
• Maintain ongoing follow-up communications with potential customers to close deals.
• Foster and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Gather necessary customer documentation and assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures when required.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing visits and sales performance to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate efficient order processing and provide customer support.
• Stay informed about current company offerings and industry market trends.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants may be freshers or have prior experience in sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively as part of the job.

Additional Information

• This role reports directly to the Sales Manager.
