Role Overview
The company urgently seeks a Field Sales Executive (designation: Easy Colour Contractor Associate - ECA) to handle both B2B and B2C sales. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and product selling abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with dealers, distributors, builders, and architects to drive sales.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed sales through strategic negotiations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Maximum age of 33 years.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary package for non-metro locations: ₹21,000 take-home per month and ₹25,000 cost to company.
- Additional benefits include petrol allowance and medical insurance coverage.
