About the Role
We are seeking a driven and energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our B2B sales efforts for Signode's industrial packaging products and solutions. This role involves actively engaging with manufacturing companies, warehouses, and industrial customers to develop new business, generate inquiries, and nurture existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to manufacturing units, warehouses, and industrial clients.
- Identify and generate new business leads and sales inquiries in the B2B sector.
- Engage with purchase, production, store, and packaging teams of client companies.
- Promote Signode's packaging products and solutions to meet client needs.
- Assess customer packaging requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Achieve set monthly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain daily activity reports detailing visits and sales.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in B2B, industrial, or field sales.
- Experience in packaging, industrial consumables, machinery sales or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
- Energetic, confident, and self-driven personality.
- Willingness and comfort with regular field visits.
- Possession of own two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
- Familiarity with Nagpur’s industrial regions.
- Freshers demonstrating strong communication skills and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000.
