The Field Onboarding Officer will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding delivery personnel specifically for Swiggy Instamart operations in the Delhi-NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-ground recruitment of delivery executives by visiting markets and field locations.
- Manage the onboarding process of hired delivery personnel.
- Ensure successful creation and activation of IDs for delivery boys on the Swiggy app.
