Role Overview

The Field Manager position based in the Greater Patna Area requires full-time, on-site presence. This role involves managing daily operations for field activities focused on verification processes. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating verification executives, ensuring accurate and timely address and document verification, and maintaining quality standards. The role demands planning optimal field routes and managing workloads, resolving operational challenges on the ground, and acting as the liaison between field teams and central operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field verification executives, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.
• Plan and optimize daily routes and manage workloads for field teams to maximize efficiency.
• Act as the primary communication link between on-site teams and central operations to facilitate smooth functioning.
• Monitor performance indicators, identify operational bottlenecks, and execute process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and data protection guidelines in all field operations.
• Provide training and mentorship to field staff to enhance productivity and quality of work.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on team productivity and verification compliance.
• Support client requirements related to field verification activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in managing field operations and teams, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with address verification or field-based processes emphasizing accuracy and timely delivery.
• Competence in using mobile and GPS-enabled tools, digital forms, and basic office software for field workflow management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Ability to analyze operational data, troubleshoot problems, and implement efficient workflow changes.
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving aptitude, and strict attention to data security and compliance norms.
• A bachelor's degree in any field is required; experience in operations, logistics, or similar roles is advantageous.
• Experience in background verification, logistics, or related field-heavy industries within the Greater Patna Area or its vicinity is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site with local travel as needed and flexibility to manage variable workloads and priorities.
