Job Overview
We are seeking Field Hardware Engineers to join our team in locations including Sagar, Guna, Gwalior, and Bhopal. Fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing and repairing desktops, laptops, and printers at customer sites.
- Traveling to client locations to perform installations and maintenance.
- Installing Windows operating systems and basic software applications.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues.
- Setting up and troubleshooting basic network configurations.
- Providing technical support and assistance to customers.
- Submitting daily work reports documenting tasks completed.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and functionality.
- Fundamental networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair desktops and laptops.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field assignments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and eagerness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed at least 12th grade, ITI, diploma, or graduation levels of education. Both freshers and individuals with prior experience are welcome to apply.
