Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves regularly visiting clients, customers, dealers, or other designated locations to promote our products and services, as well as supporting sales efforts and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Primary Duties
- Regularly visit assigned customers, clients, and dealers as part of outreach.
- Promote and provide detailed explanations of company offerings.
- Drive lead generation and assist sales initiatives.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Collect pertinent documents, payments, customer feedback, and field data.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to coordinate activities.
- Prepare and submit daily reports summarizing visits and other field activities.
- Meet set targets related to sales, collections, and other field tasks.
- Address customer queries within scope and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor behavior to inform strategy.
Additional Details
This position is based in Bengaluru and requires onsite presence. The pay range is between INR 15,000 and 20,000 per month. No specific number of openings or education requirements are specified.
