Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently collect and deliver time-sensitive shipments within your assigned route, ensuring safe handling and timely execution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Accurately scan shipments and complete all necessary documentation to maintain shipment integrity.
• Plan and adhere to optimal delivery routes considering traffic and deadlines to maximize efficiency.
• Operate company vehicles safely, conduct daily inspections, and report any maintenance issues to uphold vehicle condition.
• Utilize handheld scanners and company technology for tracking, status updating, and route management.
• Comply fully with company policies, safety protocols, customs, security, and hazardous materials regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Minimum completion of high school or equivalent.
• Possession of a valid Saudi Arabian driver's license with a clean driving record, capable of driving lightweight and heavyweight vehicles.
• Deep knowledge of local geography within Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English required; basic to intermediate Arabic communication skills are a plus.
• Physically capable of handling and lifting parcels and sustaining activity over long durations.
• Driven by a passion for customer satisfaction with a friendly and approachable nature.
• Dependable with excellent punctuality and attendance records.
• Good team collaboration skills and ability to operate independently.
