The role of a Field Collection Executive involves actively pursuing overdue payments or EMIs directly from customers by visiting their residences or business locations. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to client homes or business premises to recover outstanding payments.
- Engage customers in discussions to negotiate feasible repayment plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks during collection activities.
Requirements
- Possess a valid two-wheeler driving license for area mobility.
- Hold a DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation abilities and the capability to navigate local areas efficiently.
Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is between 20,000 and 32,000 INR per month.
