Field Collection Executive

About the Role

The Field Collection Executive role involves visiting assigned customers or clients to retrieve outstanding payments efficiently and accurately. This position requires managing collections through multiple payment methods and maintaining comprehensive records to ensure seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to customers along specified routes for payment collection.
• Collect dues via cash, cheque, or digital payment channels within stipulated timelines.
• Handle issuance of receipts and meticulously document all collection activities.
• Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and effectively address any payment-related inquiries.
• Maintain detailed daily documentation regarding collections, pending cases, and customer interactions.
• Safely deposit collected funds in accordance with company protocols.
• Coordinate with accounts and sales departments to ensure payment reconciliation and up-to-date information.
• Address customer concerns professionally to uphold company image.
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines and compliance standards throughout the collection process.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

• Prior experience in field collections or recovery activities.
• Good knowledge of local geography and routes.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively recover dues.
• Capability to work under pressure and achieve set collection goals.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license is favored.
